Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back Policy

✦ Custom by Luxurian, we believe your jewelry should be a timeless investment, which is why we offer a comprehensive Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made within the USA and India.

✦ This policy allows you to exchange your jewelry or sell it back to us at any time, giving you complete peace of mind and long-term value for your purchase. The exchange or buy-back amount is calculated based on the current market value on the day you raise your request, ensuring transparency and fairness. 

✦ A processing fee of $2000 will apply for shipping and handling, but this fee is waived if the jewelry is handed over directly at one of our stores. If your original purchase included a discount or complimentary gift, the equivalent value will be deducted unless the gift is returned. For solitaire jewelry, missing certificates will incur a standard deduction of $5000 per certificate, with larger solitaires possibly requiring higher deductions.

✦ When you choose the Lifetime Exchange option, the final value after a quality check will be credited to your Custom by Luxurian account as Luxurian Credits, which remain valid for 30 days and can be used toward the purchase of new jewelry (excluding coins and solitaires). Please note that these credits cannot be encashed. 

✦ If you prefer the Lifetime Buy-Back option, the amount will be credited as Luxurian Cash in your account, valid for 365 days, which can either be used toward a new purchase or fully encashed. After receiving your valuation, you must approve or reject it within 15 days through your Order History page.

✦ If approved, the value is instantly credited to your account; if no action is taken, the amount will be automatically refunded, and in the case of rejection, the jewelry will be shipped back to you.

✦ All jewelry goes through a strict quality inspection before the final exchange or buy-back amount is confirmed, and Custom by Luxurian reserves the right to revise the valuation based on the inspection results. 

✦ Products purchased from Custom by Luxurian stores, website (CustombyLuxurian.com), or app are fully eligible under this policy, while items not purchased directly from us will incur an additional 5% deduction. Jewelry purchased from non-Custom by Luxurian retailers will not qualify for exchange or buy-back.

✦ To make your experience smooth and worry-free, we provide free worldwide shipping on all transactions, and every item is covered by full transit insurance until it reaches you safely. With this policy, your jewelry purchase remains a lasting investment, backed by the trust and security of Custom by Luxurian.
