 ✦ We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of location, using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS International Priority, and every shipment is fully insured from door to door, ensuring your jewelry is protected from the moment it leaves our atelier until it reaches you.

✦ While we cover shipping costs, international customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, import duties, or brokerage fees required by their country upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and buyers are fully responsible for ensuring payment, as these charges are beyond our control.

✦ Many countries require customs clearance before delivery can be completed, and while we work closely with carriers to streamline this process, it is ultimately the recipient’s responsibility to comply with local regulations.

Packaging

✦ For packages valued at $1,500 and above, we strive to require an adult signature, and for other shipments, a direct signature may be requested when possible. Customers should ensure the delivery address is accurate and that an adult is available to receive the package.

 ✦ In cases where a package is returned due to missed delivery, unpaid customs duties, or other issues, refunds will be issued minus shipping charges, applicable import/customs fees, and restocking fees.

✦ Additionally, customers may request that their shipment be held for pickup through FedEx, though the final pickup location is determined by the carrier. For returns or repairs, all shipments are clearly marked as such, and while many countries may not charge fees for these shipments, any costs that arise remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Each piece is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, accompanied by a receipt showing your order number and essential order details without revealing the purchase price.

 ✦ Depending on the item and the packaging option selected, your jewelry will arrive in a gift-ready jewelry box or pouch, designed to enhance the unboxing experience. For purchases of $500 and above, we offer our signature large acrylic box, designed to provide a luxurious and memorable unboxing experience that reflects the elegance and craftsmanship of your jewelry.
