Since jewelry is something that is worn regularly, we try to keep our warranty process simple and clear, so you know exactly what is covered and what to expect if any issue comes up.

Engagement Ring Warranty

Our engagement rings come with a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This means if there is any issue related to craftsmanship, such as loose stones, prongs, or missing pavé stones, we will take care of it.

At the same time, it’s important to understand that this warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear over time. Things like scratches, dents, or changes in shape can happen with daily use and are not considered manufacturing defects. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered under this policy.

Fine Jewelry Warranty

All our fine jewelry pieces are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for any manufacturing or quality-related issues.

  • 30-day coverage for manufacturing defects
  • Free repair for quality-related issues within this period
  • Support available even after 30 days (charges may apply)

If any issue is reported within this time, we will review it and provide the appropriate solution. After the 30-day period, we are still available to assist with repairs, but a charge may be applied depending on the nature of the issue.

Repairs & Service

If your jewelry requires repair due to wear or other reasons, we are happy to help. Our team will first review the issue and then guide you on the next steps.

  • The issue is reviewed before any repair is started
  • A cost estimate is shared in advance
  • Work begins only after your approval

This process helps maintain transparency and ensures that you are fully informed before proceeding with any repair work.

What is Not Covered

While we aim to support our customers as much as possible, there are certain cases that fall outside the warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches or dents
  • Resizing requests or design changes
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Damage caused by improper handling or usage

These situations are not considered manufacturing defects, but we can still assist with repairs where possible.

Third-Party Work

Any work done on your jewelry by someone outside Custom By Luxurian will void the warranty. This includes resizing, repairs, or modifications done by another jeweler.

  • This helps maintain the quality and integrity of the piece
