ENGAGEMENT RING WARRANTY

✦ We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Custom by Luxurian offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on engagement ring pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or prongs, and missing pavé stones.

✦ This warranty does not cover issues from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered.

✦ If you encounter any problems with your engagement ring or wedding band, please contact your Bridal Consultant for guidance on how to proceed with your repair.

✦ Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Custom by Luxurian will void this warranty.

FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY

✦ It is the Custom by Luxurian promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive in perfect condition. 

✦ Should your piece arrive with a defect, please live chat our Customer Care Team or email us at hello@custombyluxurian.com so we can assist you promptly. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and offer a complimentary 30-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases worldwide.

✦ This 30-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues. We will repair any manufacturing or quality-related issues at no cost. Repairs due to wear and tear will incur a fee, which will be assessed in advance.

✦ If the damage is wear-related, we’ll provide a quote before the piece is sent in for repair. After 30 days, we’re happy to assist with repairs for a fee (plus taxes and shipping). All pieces are carefully reviewed by our jewelers, and no work will begin without your approval of the estimated cost. 

✦ Resizes, lost, or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty. For issues with your Custom by Luxurian pieces, please contact hello@custombyluxurian.com and our Customer Care Team will assist in initiating your repair or resizing.
