Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Custom by Luxurian, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging along with the certificate if provided. Proof of purchase or receipt will also be required. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To begin a return, you may contact us at hello@custombyluxurian. Once your request is approved, we will share the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided via email. We recommend that customers carefully inspect their orders upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items are non-returnable. These include perishable products such as food, flowers, or plants, customized or personalized items, personal care products such as beauty goods, and hazardous or flammable materials. Additionally, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product of your choice. This ensures that the desired item is secured for you without delay.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take some additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@custombyluxurian for further assistance.
