At Custom By Luxurian, we believe that jewelry is not just a purchase but something that should hold value over time. To support this, we offer a lifetime exchange and buy-back policy on eligible purchases made directly through our website or stores. This policy is designed to give you flexibility, whether you want to upgrade your jewelry later or simply return it based on your needs.

How the Policy Works

You have the option to either exchange your jewelry for a new piece or opt for a buy-back at any time. The value of your jewelry is calculated based on the current market rate on the day you raise your request, so the process remains fair and transparent.

Processing & Deductions

To manage handling, shipping, and evaluation, a standard processing charge is applied. However, this charge may be waived if you choose to hand over the jewelry directly at one of our locations. If your original purchase included any discounts or complimentary items, their value may be adjusted during the final calculation.

For solitaire jewelry, certificates play an important role in valuation. Missing certificates may lead to deductions depending on the size and type of the stone.

Lifetime Exchange Option

If you choose to exchange your jewelry, the approved value will be credited to your Custom By Luxurian account. This allows you to use that amount toward purchasing a new piece.

  • The amount is credited as store credit
  • Valid for 30 days from approval
  • Can be used for new purchases (excluding coins and solitaires)

Please note that these credits are meant only for purchases and cannot be converted into cash.

Lifetime Buy-Back Option

If you prefer the buy-back option, the approved value will be credited as a wallet balance in your account. This gives you the flexibility to either use it for a new purchase or withdraw it, depending on your preference.

  • Amount credited as wallet balance
  • Valid for 365 days
  • Can be used or withdrawn

Once the valuation is shared, you will need to approve or reject it within the given timeframe.

Approval & Quality Check

All jewelry goes through a detailed quality inspection before the final exchange or buy-back value is confirmed. This helps us ensure that the valuation is accurate and based on the actual condition of the piece.

If no action is taken within the given time, the process may be automatically completed based on the system flow.

Eligibility

This policy applies only to jewelry purchased directly from Custom By Luxurian through our website or stores. Items purchased from other sources may not be fully eligible or may involve deductions.
