At Custom by Luxurian, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

✽ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Jewelry must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • Original tags (if applicable)
    • Any certificate(s) provided
    • Proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


✽ Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • This includes items made according to the following:
    • Custom size
    • Custom design
    • Stone, metal, or engraving preferences
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.


✽ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If you receive:
    • A damaged item
    • A defective product
    • An incorrect item
      Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Approved cases will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.


✽ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns.
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.


✽ Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


✽ Shipping & Duties

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or failed delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
