✽ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Jewelry must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- Original tags (if applicable)
- Any certificate(s) provided
- Proof of purchase
⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
✽ Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes items made according to the following:
- Custom size
- Custom design
- Stone, metal, or engraving preferences
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
✽ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Approved cases will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
✽ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns.
- Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
✽ Shipping & Duties
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or failed delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
