Yes, our diamonds are certified by GIA and IGI, and each diamond comes with a certificate. You can learn more about their certification processes on their respective websites.

Yes, lab diamonds are genuine diamonds, with the same chemical and physical properties as natural diamonds. They are created in a controlled laboratory environment using methods such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and high pressure-high temperature (HPHT). While natural diamonds are formed deep within the Earth's crust, lab diamonds offer a more sustainable and affordable alternative. They go through the same manufacturing processes as natural diamonds, but are produced in a controlled setting. If you are considering lab diamonds, our representatives can help you view our inventory.

Lab diamonds are artificial diamonds created in a controlled environment that mimics the formation of natural diamonds. They share many of the same properties as mined diamonds. Moissanite, however, is a naturally occurring mineral composed of silicon carbide that has different optical properties than diamonds, including higher brilliance and fire.

Yes, our lab diamonds are certified by either GIA or IGI, internationally recognized organizations. You'll receive a physical or digital certificate with your purchase.

GIA and IGI certifications confirm the identity and quality of diamonds, including lab-certified diamonds. These organizations evaluate diamonds based on size, color, clarity, cut, and other factors, and provide a certificate as proof. The certificate is important for insurance purposes and to confirm the authenticity of your jewelry.

The "4 Cs" of a diamond are clarity, color, carat weight, and cut. These parameters determine the quality and value of a diamond, which are graded on a scale. The price of a diamond depends on its grade in these areas, with the flexibility to prioritize some Cs over others depending on size. Feel free to contact our support for guidance in choosing the right diamond.

Our diamond inventory updates hourly. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us for assistance in finding your perfect diamond.

We do not provide insurance on diamonds or jewellery, but we do provide paid jewellery appraisals and physical diamond certificates. Let us know if you would like an electronic copy of your certificate. You can use these documents to arrange insurance with a third party.

Yes, we offer gemstone jewelry and gemstone custom jewelry. If you are interested in ordering a custom piece with unique gemstones, please contact us, and we will be happy to fulfill your request.

No, moissanite is not a lab diamond. It's a naturally occurring mineral made of silicon and carbon. While naturally found moissanite is usually too large for jewelry, any moissanite used in jewelry is created in a lab. Moissanite is a popular diamond alternative due to its hardness and sparkle, ranking 9.25-9.5 on the Mohs scale compared to diamonds at 10.

Yes, our moissanite stones are colorless, graded D-F on the diamond scale.

Moissanite retains its sparkle indefinitely with regular cleaning and maintenance; it doesn't diminish over time. If you'd like your jewelry cleaned, just let us know.

Lab-grown gems are created in laboratory environments that mimic natural underground conditions. Unlike mined diamonds, they are created synthetically, mirroring the processes that create diamonds and moissanite.

Absolutely! Moissanite is highly durable, ranking as the second hardest gemstone. It scores between 9.25 and 9.5 on the Mohs hardness scale, just below diamonds which score a perfect 10. With regular daily use, your moissanite will remain pristine for a lifetime.

Yes, we offer alternative gemstones such as ruby, emerald, sapphire and others for custom jewelry. If you are interested in using gemstones other than diamond or moissanite, feel free to contact us for more information.
